Henry Hughes nominated for Private Practice of the Year in Intellectual Property Magazine Awards 2010

We are proud to annouce that Henry Hughes is the only New Zealand firm named as a finalist in the Intellectual Property Magazine Awards 2010, having been nominated in the Private Practice of the Year (Regional) category.

The Intellectual Property Magazine is published by Informa Law. Its publications are written and edited by independent experts and read by senior legal professionals and executives in the legal fraternity world-wide.

The Intellectual Property Magazine Awards are an annual event recognising the efforts and talent of firms and practitioners throughout the world. We are pleased to be the only New Zealand firm named as a finalist.

Henry Hughes has been selected as a finalist in the category of Private Practice of the Year (Regional) in recognition of the role it played in successful complex patent infringement litigation.

With the Private Practice of the Year Award, the judges seek to recognise a team who has demonstrated exceptional client support, who understand the complex needs of their clients and seek to enable them to achieve commercial solutions, be more competitive and ultimately more profitable. The judges will be looking for examples of innovative and flexible working, an understanding of the client’s real business needs, consistent tactical skill and commercial sense.
