Mark Eftimov is a registered Patent Attorney in New Zealand and in Australia. Mark has over 35 years of experience in the area of Intellectual Property law and he now practises in the areas of industrial designs, patents and trade marks for Henry Hughes’ international and national clients

With a strong interest in the Sciences and Information Technology, Mark’s clients are predominantly in the pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and the wine industries.

Mark is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Patent Attorneys (NZIPA) and Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (IPTA), and is a regular attendee at the Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group (PTMG), and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia New Zealand (IPSANZ) meetings.
