Purchase of AJ Park by Australian Company IPH Limited

On 11 October 2017, IPH Limited, a listed company on the Australian stock exchange, announced its purchase of New Zealand Intellectual Property firm AJ Park. IPH is now the holding company for Spruson & Ferguson, Fisher Adams Kelly Callinans, Pizzeys, Cullens, Ella Cheong Intellectual Property Agency (Beijing) and AJ Park.

We discussed the emergence of these ‘mega-firms’, including some concerns in our article here. We wish to reassure our clients and colleagues that Henry Hughes IP remains wholly independent and owner operated.
